What is it for?
LESS ACID, MORE HEALTH
Every time you consume food or beverages, your mouth becomes acidic for at least 40 minutes. During this window, tooth demineralization occurs. When repeated over time, this process leads to the permanent loss of enamel, a condition known as dental erosion. Once the enamel is compromised, teeth lose their natural luster as the underlying dentin becomes exposed; this layer is naturally more yellow and opaque.
But that’s not all – the acidic environment is ideal for the growth of bacteria and fungi, which can cause cavities, gum disease, oral candidiasis, and bad breath.
With Cariex®, just 3 sprays are enough to neutralize acid and restore pH balance.
Don’t change your lifestyle! Use Cariex® after a snack, coffee, or aperitif.
And also in the evening before going to bed, after brushing your teeth, because at night saliva production decreases and the oral cavity tends to become more acidic.

SIMPLE, NATURAL, EFFECTIVE
The Buffer System is responsible for regulating the constant fluctuations in pH that occur within our bodies, in order to prevent disease.
In the oral cavity, this function is performed by Saliva, thanks to a key component it contains: Bicarbonate. PH fluctuations occur every time we consume food or beverages. In a healthy individual, the salivary buffer system requires approximately forty minutes to restore pH to a Neutral level.
Cariex® dental spray adheres to the oral mucosa, slowly releasing Bicarbonate for over forty minutes. It is therefore capable of replacing the salivary buffer system and maintaining a balanced pH.
JUST 3 SPRAYS IS ALL IT TAKES
For the prevention of Cavities, Dental Erosion, and Dentinal Hypersensitivity, spray 3/4 pumps directly into the oral cavity immediately after meals and/or the consumption of sugary or acidic beverages (coffee, wine, citrus juices, etc.).
Furthermore, use is recommended before bedtime, as salivary activity decreases during the night, causing oral pH to become more acidic.
In cases of Xerostomia, Cariex® should be used as a saliva substitute – not only after meals, but throughout the entire day.
Recent studies recommend waiting at least thirty minutes after eating before brushing your teeth, as when pH is acidic, demineralised enamel may be damaged by the toothbrush. Using Cariex® a few minutes before brushing ensures that dental tissues are more resistant (re-mineralised) to the abrasive action of the bristles.
